Where we brewed it: at Noctua
Malts: Vergina Pale, Malted Wheat, Rolled Oats
Hops: Vic Secret, Galaxy
Yeast: Vermont Ale Conan and Fermentis S-04
Up-to-date and in-fashion as always, we ‘ve followed the international trend and we release the first ever Greek New England IPA. Not alone, the beer is a collab with the well-known and respected Cretan Solo. We named the beer Dini (Whirlpool in Greek), since the first hops only touched the beer during the whirlpool stage. The fermentation was a collab too, between Conan and S-04 yeasts. So, there’s your hop juice, with Satyr-style interventions to the IBU content, which, at 35, some would call off-style.
